O.R. Adams Jr. is a retired lawyer. He prepared this paper in 2011 about CO2 from fossil fuels and man-made global warming. He did it as thoroughly as a lawyer would to present a case before the U.S. Supreme Court. It is a combination of knowing the facts, having references and presenting it well.
