One side of the US government (Democrats) has worked since the 1970s claiming that carbon dioxide from use of fossil fuels is causing catastrophic global warming, sea level rise, climate change, climate disruption. There is no scientific proof that atmospheric carbon dioxide at 0.042 percent concentration, only a part of which originates from use of fossil fuels, causes these catastrophic claims
The U.S. government is planning to inject chemicals into the atmosphere that would block some solar radiation and cool the planet for everyone. It could cause real catastrophic climate moderation for all life on Earth. This must be treated for what it is, a hostile act against all humanity, animal and plant life, possibly the worst act of any human against all humans and all life. It would be irreversible, worse than all weapons of mass destruction ever.
