Radiative Transfer Concept of Earth's Infrared Radiation interacting with CO2 and H20 is well studied. HTC, Heat Transport Concept, "weather" is not as closely stiudied in regard to climate change. The HTC is about weather and most everything related to plants, animals and life as a whole.
